Job Summary
The World School, Bhusawal is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and committed Vice Principal to support the Principal in academic leadership, administration, and day-to-day school operations. The Vice Principal will help maintain academic excellence, discipline, and a positive learning environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Principal in academic planning, administration, and school management
Supervise teaching staff and ensure effective implementation of the curriculum
Support and mentor teachers in lesson planning and classroom management
Monitor teaching quality, assessments, and academic performance of students
Maintain discipline and enforce school policies and code of conduct
Coordinate daily school operations to ensure smooth functioning of classes
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers
Handle parent interactions, meetings, and grievances professionally
Support student welfare, counselling, and holistic development initiatives
Assist in organizing examinations, school events, audits, and academic reviews
Ensure compliance with education board guidelines and school standards
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject (mandatory)
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience; leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of curriculum planning, assessment systems, and academics
Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
