Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Science lessons as per the prescribed curriculum
Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages inquiry, experimentation, and critical thinking
Use innovative teaching methods, laboratory activities, and digital tools to enhance learning
Assess and monitor students’ progress through tests, assignments, and practical work
Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans
Collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings, and support school activities
Ensure laboratory safety and proper usage of science equipment
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavior
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) or related field
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred)
Prior teaching experience in a school environment is an advantage
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
