Job Summary
The World School, Bhusawal is seeking a responsible, vigilant, and well-organized School Supervisor to ensure smooth day-to-day school operations. The School Supervisor will help maintain discipline, monitor student movement, and support teachers and administration to ensure a safe and positive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily school activities to ensure smooth functioning of classrooms and corridors
Monitor student discipline during school hours, assemblies, recess, and dispersal
Support teachers in maintaining classroom discipline when required
Ensure punctuality of students and adherence to school schedules
Supervise student entry and exit during arrival and dispersal times
Coordinate with teaching staff, office staff, and school management
Report disciplinary issues and safety concerns to the Vice Principal or Principal
Assist in the conduct of examinations, school events, and activities
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper conduct within school premises
Support the implementation of school rules and code of conduct
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (education background preferred)
Experience in school supervision or administration is an advantage
Strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and leadership
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle students firmly yet sensitively
Physically fit and alert during school hours

Strong observation and monitoring skills
Calm, patient, and professional attitude
Ability to manage large groups of students effectively
