Job Summary
The World School, Bhusawal is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic English Teacher who is passionate about language, literature, and communication. The ideal candidate will help students develop strong reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills while fostering creativity, confidence, and critical thinking in a nurturing academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons as per the prescribed curriculum
Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and literature effectively
Encourage students to develop speaking, listening, and creative expression skills
Design and evaluate assignments, worksheets, tests, and projects
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
Incorporate innovative teaching methods, storytelling, debates, and digital tools
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and lesson plans
Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and school activities
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or related field
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred)
Teaching experience in a school environment is an advantage
Strong command of spoken and written English
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Passion for teaching and commitment to student learning
