Job Summary
The World School, Bhusawal is seeking a responsible and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to ensure the safe and timely transportation of students. The driver will be responsible for maintaining discipline, following traffic and safety rules, and ensuring a secure travel environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport students to and from school as per assigned routes and schedules
Ensure student safety during boarding, travel, and drop-off
Follow all traffic rules, road safety laws, and school transport guidelines
Maintain discipline and a calm environment inside the bus
Conduct daily vehicle safety and maintenance checks
Ensure cleanliness and basic upkeep of the school bus
Report mechanical issues, accidents, or emergencies immediately to school authorities
Assist younger students during boarding and alighting when required
Maintain punctuality and professional behavior at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Heavy Vehicle / School Bus Driving License
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a bus or commercial vehicle driver
Good knowledge of local routes in and around Bhusawal and Dist. Jalgaon
Physically fit with good eyesight and alertness
Police verification and medical fitness certificate (mandatory/preferred)
Responsible attitude, patience, and ability to handle children safely
